Makes about 4 Cups
You’re an entertainer. Which is why you know party nuts rule parties. They’re an appetizer, conversation starter and satisfier of late night munchies. Whether you’re at Happy Hour or throwing a backyard BBQ, a party isn’t truly a party without them. These Spiced Party Nuts are savory and crunchy with just the right amount of heat.
Ingredients:
1 C. raw whole almonds
1 C. raw peanuts
1 C. raw cashews
1 C. raw walnuts
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter or olive oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Place all raw nuts into large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine all wet ingredients with spices and mix well. Dress nuts with wet ingredients until fully coated. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, transfer to cooling rack lined with paper towels and let cool.
Stores well for up to two weeks in an air-tight container.
