Morning Sunshine Probiotic Smoothie

Serves 1.

It’s 6:30 and you’ve maxed out the snooze button.  Another ten minutes and you’ll risk being late for your morning meeting.  Waking up for your day job is never an easy moment.  Which is why you need something quick, packed with protein, antioxidants, folic acid and vitamins.  The Morning Sunshine Probiotic Smoothie is immune-boosting, energizing and, well, downright regulating.  So good that you’ll be as bright and vibrant as the morning sunshine.  What more could you possibly ask for?


½ C. plain kefir

¼ C. orange juice

¼ C. frozen blueberries

½ C. packed spinach

½ banana

Dash of cinnamon


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
